Well, I believe the phrase Spin. Win. Repeat. clearly refers to slot games. But it also represents what we’re offering to our community. 1) Andrew, do you have any previous experience in the iGaming and online casino industry? What are your thoughts on the business from a financial standpoint – how hard or easy it is to secure funding and plan for growth?


While I come from a more classical business background, I find the iGaming industry to be a highly dynamic and fast-evolving sector. Despite its perceived risks, solid projects with a clear strategy and performance indicators tend to attract investor interest relatively easily. Funding is not an obstacle when the fundamentals are in place. Investors today are looking for data-driven growth and responsible scaling, and if a project can deliver consistent performance, the capital follows. From a planning perspective, the key is to ensure a steady EBITDA growth, with a minimum annual KPI of 15% to maintain financial confidence.


2) Speaking about DepToWin brand, what are the key markets you are targeting financially and why?


I bring previous experience from the German-speaking markets (DACH region), which differ in structure and player behavior compared to Anglo-Saxon markets. This background gives us a strategic edge, and naturally, we see strong potential to scale in those two segments. These markets are highly regulated but stable, with high player value and long-term revenue potential.

Looking ahead, we’re also analyzing opportunities in selected Asian markets. While entry requires a more localized approach due to specific consumer behavior and regulatory frameworks, the financial upside is significant. These regions present growing demand and untapped niches, which make them an attractive target for future expansion.


3) From a financial point of view, what excites you most about the future of DepToWin and BetDaddy as one brand?


What truly sets us apart and makes us a very strong Player is the synergy within our team. We come from diverse industries—my own background spans property, investment, and recycling—so we approach iGaming with fresh perspectives and unconventional thinking. Linguistically, culturally, and professionally, our team is incredibly diverse, which creates a unique blend of insights and strategies. This multicultural synergy is a powerful driver for sharp, sustainable growth across different markets.


Looking forward, we’re also analyzing selected Asian markets. While they require more localization and regulatory sensitivity, the long-term financial potential makes them a very attractive avenue for expansion.
